Maintenance Request

Please email info@smithmgt.com or call (608) 284-8483 to request non-emergency maintenance (see list below).

If this is an emergency, please call us immediately at (608) 284-8483.

If this is an after hours maintenance emergency, please call 608-284-8483 ext. 1 and an on call maintenance technician will respond.

By submitting a request you give a Smith Management Maintenance Technician permission to enter your unit to address your request. If you would like a phone call before we enter, please note in your request. 

Non-emergency conditions:
  • Problems with Air conditioning
  • Garbage disposal issues
  • Parking matters (refer to your Parking Agreement form). 
  • Call rental office to report problems: (608) 284-8483
  • Refrigerator not cooling
    Emergency conditions:
  • No hot water
  • No heat (September to May)
  • Broken toilet (in one-bathroom units only)
  • Water leaks/flooding (dripping faucets are not considered emergencies)
  • Anything that may cause harm or injury to a resident
  • Natural gas leaks (also call MG&E at (608) 252-7111)
  • Fire or smoke of any sort
