- No hot water
- No heat (September to May)
- Broken toilet (in one-bathroom units only)
- Water leaks/flooding (dripping faucets are not considered emergencies)
- Anything that may cause harm or injury to a resident
- Natural gas leaks (also call MG&E at (608) 252-7111)
- Fire or smoke of any sort
